How long will my item take to get to me?
Please allow between 2-4 business days for your 'Drykin' product to arrive. If your order is placed after 1:00pm your order will be dispatched the following business day.
Which service is your product sent with?
Our creams are posted via Royal Mail with tracking which enables you to contact Royal Mail directly if you'd like to know where your parcel is.
What is your returns policy?
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on our 'Drykin' creams.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are suitable for sensitive skin, although it is important to note that everyone's skin is different. If you are unsure of how your skin will react to our cream, please do a patch test first on a small area of skin, or please consult with your dermatologist before use.
Are your products suitable for people with nut allergies?
No not currently. We are working hard to bring you a nut free version in the future, keep your eyes peeled for it!
